The residential package covers an air-conditioned hall in your chosen layout, projector, screen, mics and sound with a technician, fibre Wi-Fi, two tea breaks with snacks, buffet lunch and dinner, next-morning breakfast, table stationery and rooms on twin sharing. Everything appears as one per-delegate rate on a single GST invoice.

Day-delegate meetings run ₹1,499–₹1,799 per person depending on group size. A meeting with one night's stay is ₹2,499–₹2,999 per delegate on twin sharing, and a two-night offsite with team building is ₹4,299–₹4,899. Weekend and peak-season dates carry a supplement quoted in writing.

Twenty delegates for a package rate. Smaller teams of 8 to 19 are welcome too — the boardroom is charged separately at a flat hall rate with per-head food, which usually works out cheaper for tiny groups.

Yes, from 40 delegates the hall is complimentary with a residential booking, and from 60 delegates the AV package is complimentary too. Below 40, the hall is offered at 50% of the published rate.

The pillarless Grand Banquet seats 300 in theatre style, 180 classroom and 200 in clusters. The lawn stage handles up to 350 for awards nights and dinners, and Hall A holds 120 theatre-style for mid-size sessions.

U-shape, classroom, theatre, cluster with round tables, boardroom and herringbone. Layout changes overnight are free, so a training-day classroom can become an awards-night cluster by morning.

Yes. Full-HD projector, 120-inch screen, podium, cordless handheld and collar mics, mixer and speakers are included, with an in-house AV technician present through every session. LED walls and extra projectors are arranged for large conferences.

Yes. The property runs on fibre with a dedicated bandwidth slice reserved for the meeting hall, so screen sharing, Teams or Zoom sessions and live dashboards work reliably. We can also provide a wired connection at the podium on request.

Full-load diesel generator backup covers the entire property with an automatic changeover in seconds, and AV equipment sits on UPS so a session never resets mid-slide.

Yes. Jeep safaris into Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela or Garjiya are added at ₹1,850 per person including permit, jeep, driver and naturalist. Large groups should confirm 45 days ahead because permits open exactly 45 days before the safari date.

Yes — facilitated lawn games, treasure hunts, raft-building style challenges, tug of war, cricket and volleyball, plus indoor icebreakers for rainy days. Professional facilitators can be arranged for structured leadership modules.

Yes. Stage backdrops, entrance arches, standees, registration desk branding, table tents and directional signage are installed before delegates arrive. Send artwork 5 days ahead and we print locally, or ship your own material to the resort.

Roughly 250 km and 5.5 to 6 hours by road from Delhi NCR via Hapur and Moradabad. Ramnagar railway station is 3 km away, and Pantnagar Airport is about 80 km. We arrange 45-seater coaches, 26-seater tempo travellers and sedans with verified drivers.

Yes, from Delhi NCR, Noida, Gurugram, Moradabad, Bareilly, Dehradun and Lucknow. Coaches include a spare driver on long routes, GPS tracking and refreshment stops, and buses park inside the resort for the duration of the event.

30% advance or a signed purchase order confirms the hall and rooms; the balance is payable at checkout by NEFT, cheque, UPI or card. Credit terms of 15 to 30 days are available for repeat corporate clients and empanelled travel agencies.

Yes. A GST invoice is issued in your registered company name with your GSTIN, PO reference and cost-centre code where required, along with a line-wise breakup of hall, rooms, food and activities for reimbursement.

Free postponement within 90 days if intimated 15 days ahead. Cancellations more than 21 days before arrival get a full advance refund minus non-refundable safari permits; 7 to 21 days attracts 25%, and inside 7 days the advance is retained but adjustable against a future booking.

Yes. Full-property buyouts for 100 to 300 delegates give exclusive use of all rooms, halls, lawns, dining and pool with no other guests on site — the standard choice for dealer meets, annual conferences and confidential leadership offsites.

Yes, permitted at licensed hours in designated areas. Companies can pre-purchase bar packages or bring stock on a corkage basis. Bar service closes as per local licence timings, and security stays on duty through the night.

October to March is ideal — pleasant weather, all safari zones open and clear lawn evenings. April to June works well for AC hall sessions with early-morning safaris, and the monsoon months offer the lowest rates for indoor-only meetings.

Thirty days for groups under 60, and 45 to 60 days for 100+ delegates or any date between October and December, when weekend halls and rooms fill first. Safari permits should be locked the day they open, 45 days prior.

Yes. Admin, HR or agency representatives get a complimentary site inspection with lunch, covering the halls, AV setup, rooms, kitchen and lawns. If travel isn't practical, we send a live video walkthrough on WhatsApp the same day.
