Why organisers pick us

Group travel, minus the group headaches

A Group Stay Package in Jim Corbett is an ideal choice for families, friends, corporate teams, and tour groups looking for a comfortable and well-organized getaway. Instead of arranging rooms, meals, and activities separately, a customized group package can bring everything together for a smoother travel experience.

A typical Jim Corbett group stay package may include comfortable accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner, welcome drinks, indoor and outdoor games, swimming pool access, bonfire, and assistance with jungle safari bookings. Corporate groups can also request conference facilities, team-building activities, DJ nights, and customized entertainment.

For families and friends, choosing a group accommodation package in Corbett makes it easier to keep everyone together while enjoying the natural surroundings of the region. Packages can be customized according to group size, number of rooms, travel dates, meal preferences, and budget.

Whether you are planning a family group holiday, corporate offsite, friends' trip, or group tour, a well-planned Corbett stay package offers convenience, flexibility, and memorable experiences for everyone.

Everyone in one property

No group split across three hotels. We block contiguous rooms in the same block so families stay together and headcounts at breakfast are simple.

Locked per-person price

One rate covering room, meals, activities and taxes. Written on the quote, honoured at check-out — even if market rates spike near your dates.

Dedicated coordinator

A single named person handles rooming lists, meal timings, safari permits and the surprise 2 AM arrival. One number, all trip long.

Unlimited buffet meals

Live counters, Indian and continental spreads, and separate pure-veg or Jain lines. Menus finalised with you a week before arrival.

Safari permits handled

Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela, Garjiya and Sitabani zones booked well in advance so a fifty-person group never gets split across two days.

Evenings that bond

Bonfire, DJ floor, antakshari, quizzes, cricket on the lawn and pool time — all of it built into the package, not billed on top.

Planning guide

How to plan a group stay in Jim Corbett without losing your mind

Jim Corbett sits about 250 km from Delhi, which makes it the default answer whenever a North Indian group needs a short break with forest air and a real sense of distance from the city. The drive is five to six hours, the terrain is easy for buses, and the destination gives you three things groups genuinely want: a tiger reserve worth talking about, a riverbed to sit beside, and resorts with enough lawn space to run a full-blown party.

The catch is scale. A couple can book a room in two minutes. A group of forty needs contiguous rooms, a rooming list, a meal plan that respects six dietary preferences, safari permits filed with ID proofs, parking for a bus and a Plan B when four people cancel two days before departure. That is the actual job, and it is why a group stay package exists as a product distinct from a normal booking.

Pick your dates before you pick your resort

Corbett's core zones stay open from mid-October to mid-June, and Jhirna, Dhela and Sitabani operate year-round. October to February gives cool mornings and misty safaris. March to mid-June is hot but delivers the best wildlife sightings because animals gather at waterholes. Monsoon months bring lush green, waterfalls and the lowest rates of the year, but core-zone safaris are shut. Long weekends and the New Year window sell out three to five months ahead, so if your group has fixed dates, block the property first and finalise the passenger list later.

Get the rooming maths right

The single biggest budget lever is sharing. Twin sharing is comfortable, triple sharing on an extra mattress cuts per-person cost by roughly a fifth, and quad sharing suits student groups. Build the rooming list around real groupings — couples, families with children, roommates who will stay up late — instead of splitting alphabetically. Reserve one buffer room for the organiser; it becomes the store room, the medical room and the argument-resolution room.

Book safari permits the moment your headcount is firm

Every jeep carries six guests plus a guide. Forty-eight guests therefore need eight jeeps in the same slot, which is far harder to arrange three days out than three weeks out. Permits are issued against names and government ID numbers, and changes after issue attract a fee, so collect ID details early. If your group is very large, we typically split it across two zones in the same slot rather than two different mornings, so nobody feels short-changed.

Plan food like a logistics problem

Buffets fail when a hundred hungry people arrive at once. We stagger service, double the live counters at peak, and run a separate pure-vegetarian line for groups that need it. Share your dietary list a week ahead — Jain, vegan, no-onion-no-garlic, allergies and children's portions all get planned into the menu rather than improvised at the counter.

Budget honestly, then protect it

A realistic all-inclusive budget for a 2-night group trip from Delhi is ₹6,000 to ₹9,000 per person including transport, stay, meals and one safari. Collect money in two tranches — an advance that matches the resort advance, and the balance a week before departure — and keep a five percent contingency for extra jeeps, late check-out or that one bus that needs a detour. Written quotes with itemised inclusions are the only real protection against surprise billing.

Things to do around the resort

Beyond the safari, Corbett gives your group plenty of filler that does not feel like filler: the Corbett Waterfall near Kaladhungi, Garjiya Devi Temple on its rock in the Kosi river, the Corbett Museum at Kaladhungi, river-crossing and rappelling with certified operators, cycling on forest-edge roads, and simply an afternoon on the riverbed with chai. For corporate groups these double as team activities; for school groups they satisfy the educational component of the trip.

What organisers say

★★★★★

We were 62 people including kids and senior citizens. Rooms were together, food timings were exactly as promised, and the safari jeeps left on time at 5:45 AM. As the organiser I finally got to enjoy a trip.

Rohit Malhotra · Friends group, Gurugram
★★★★★

Our sales offsite for 140 people ran across a conference hall in the morning and an awards night on the lawn. One invoice, one coordinator, zero escalations. Booking again next quarter.

Sneha Iyer · HR Lead, Noida
★★★★★

Took 180 students for an educational tour. Hygiene, security and teacher rooms were exactly as committed, and the nature walk guide was genuinely good with children.
